1975 Porsche 914 Targa 1.8 L project car sold as is . Car is located in Toronto Canada This matching numbers Porsche 914 is a project in original complete good preserved condition. It is rare to find matching number 914 car with no modifications . The car is running and in driveable condition sold condition as is. Please read the whole description and enlarge and look at the 12 pictures carefully. VIN number : 4752903... Engine number : EC0401.. I have complete history of this car ,original owner manual, included maintenance record stamped from original seller Dealer. One of the 2 owners ( other than myself ) owned the car for 40 years. The car starts,runs and drives. The 5 gearbox operate properly. All the electrical seems to all work, including the front beam going up and down. The brakes and handbrake work. So overall it is a complete functional car but it is sold in the condition as is and it is. The exterior condition as you can see in the pictures there are some superficial areas of rust around and there is some paint bubbling left side door. The sills ( low parts under the doors close to the rear wheel arches where there is the jack receiver ) need attention which is a common problem. I do have the 2 metal sills and 2 jack point metal plate to replace. The doors open/close and lock properly and the gap is okay. Window mechanisms work. Windshield and all other glasses are in good condition. Spare tire and jack and some tools are inside the trunk. The front and rear trunk in good condition, but the rear trunk has a few points of superficial rust close to the posterior of the car. The interior front floor is in good condition, also the back part floor under the seat is in good condition. The car was sprayed with oil protection in the past so this minimized the rust over the 43 years. The dashboard is complete with all original gauges and knobs and free of any cracks, which is very rare. The convertible roof can be taken off and put back on easily with all locks and mechanism working properly. The roof can be stored in the rear trunk properly. All the gaskets seem to be okay. The last previous owner plated the car and drove it casually locally in good weather. The odometer shows 17122 miles. The 4 tires look almost new. The car will be sold with the Ontario Canadian ownership (title) . The car is located in Toronto Ontario Canada and is sold in the condition as is and there is no warranty either expressed or implied. Toronto is an hour and half drive from Niagara Falls NY.
