PORSCHE 911 CARRERA 4 CabrioletTECH SPECS: https://www.autoblog.com/buy/2001-Porsche-911 Carrera_4__2dr_All_wheel_Drive_Cabriolet/pricing/ Additional Photos:https://drive.google.com/drive/u/1/folders/1cI-26l-ktHvsTzwVacN0sgfnrnfTh_1j Description: This is a great 911, Fast, fun, lightly used and truly enjoyable. It has very low miles for its age. Mileage is 81,743, that's less than 5k per year. It has been preserved in its original condition with no cheap, aftermarket modifications. I have owned it since 2011 and it has never let me down. I drive it mostly on weekends May through October. It has rarely seen rain and never seen snow, always garage kept and covered inside garage. I bought the car in in Florida car in 2011, so it spent most of time in nice weather and running on large highways. This 911 has no leaks anywhere, mechanically everything works as it should. It idles perfectly, shifts easily into all gears, clutch is solid, brakes and stops on dime, rims are in good shape, the roof retracts and closes flawlessly, the rear window is in excellent condition, very clear, with no fading, the soft top is intact, no holes or defects. All the lights work perfectly, the front light covers are very clean, no fading. The interior is in excellent condition for a car of this year. All the leather is intact, nor rips, or tears. The interior dashboard is in excellent condition; all the controls work and look great. I’ve taken this 911 to many car meets and open shows and it always gets noticed. People usually note how new it looks and compliment me for keeping it in its original state. I know this car will be worth more in a few years as a classic, collectible. It really is a nice, fun, fast, sporting convertible. You will not be disappointed with this ride, especially with the top down, an open road and some wind!! ☺ LAST SERVICE: Oil & Filter changed August 2018 @ 81,650 (100mi on new oil/filter) Mechanically, this car is ROCK SOLID! Various service records available. ATTENTION NEEDED: Original radio is not working. I believe the radio itself may have a short or the on/off button doesn’t really turn off as it drained my battery when I first bought the car. I pulled the fuse for the radio out of the fuse box and never used it again. I put in a new a battery, no more battery issues. Truthfully, I don’t listen to the radio in this car, just the sound of that, perfectly tuned, purring, 911 engine). The CD player, cassette player and speakers work, but the radio has to be on. I left everything in it’s original state. It could use a new set of tires, the current tires have good tread but they’re 7 years old and I suspect the front tires may have some flat spots from sitting being parked in the garage all winters. I was going to put new Pirelli P-Zeros on it, but you may prefer a different set, so I'm selling it as is going you the choice. CAR FAX: When I bough this car in 2011, it had a clean CAR-FAX. At the request of another car listing site, I ran a recent CAR-FAX and it now reports an accident was reported in January 2011 (I bought the car in August 2011). Interestingly, CAR-FAX just started reporting this accident in May of 2018. I don’t know how that happens, seven years later, but it is what it is. I obtained a copy of the accident report and it seems someone backed into the car while it was parked. The damage was noted as left rear impact. I have not noted any negative impact from this event. You can see by the photos, the body is in great shape. Pickup & Delivery:This is a pick up only sale. Pay for it and drive it away.
