2000 Corvette C5. Millenium Yellow with Black Interior. 6spd. Targa Top. ONLY 27K miles. Magnesium Wheels. Runs and Drives Great. This car obviously has not been driven alot in 18 years. I've researched the vehicle and it is from Louisiana. It was possibly involved in a flood as I can see some water marks under the front bumper and under the passenger seat. The exhaust clamps show some weathering too. It still has a clear title and clear carfax. Carfax states that the mileage was 23,817 during June 2015, 54,256 at November 2015 during inspection, then 27,753 during August 2016. It is obvious to me that this is an error during mileage input. I can bet it was suppose to be 25654. There is no way the car was driven 31k miles in 5 months only to be rolled back to 27k. I am confident the miles are 27k Actual. The only aftermarket mods are an air cleaner and B&B mufflers. Has normal gremlins for the c5, service abs, service traction, service ride control, but none effect the driving of the car. Headlight gears are grinding, but headlights can be maually raised or lowered. The blend doors or actuators are sticking on the HVAC. They may just need some tlc since the car sits so much. Has been sitting in the Texas and Louisiana sun and could use new emblems. All easy fixes. Car runs and drives like a 27k mi car. Very smooth. No Rust. Clean in and out. Southern Louisiana and Texas car. No accidents reported and clear title. Perfect chance to create your own custom Corvette or get this one back to glory. Perfect parts platform for GTM kit, resto mod, replica car, drag, or pro street. I was considering a c6 headlight conversion or flush mounted headlights, but I'm going to leave this one alone and let the new owner do as they please. Very desireable color combination with 6spd manual. Clear Targa top. Paint shines nice, but a good cut and buff and it will really pop. Great find and Corvette.
