Vehicle Detail
For sale : excellent condition totally hooked up 1996 Ford bronco XLT. Beautiful blue and white exterior with blue cloth interior. Driven 211,500 miles (Engine rebuilt at 138,000 miles) Automatic 5.0 powerful engine. 1996 was the last year before ford discontinued this almighty beast. Hands down, this is the nicest bronco in New England. A true pavement princess, if you’re looking for a beater this is not for you. Not perfect but has been responsibly maintained very well with all maintenance kept up from routine oil changes tire rotations, brakes to ice cold AC all this truck needs is to be driven regularly. Manual 4x4, although low range function has never worked. I didn’t looked into getting it fixed because I’ve never needed it. Great in the snow, you will drive through anything. Tires have plenty of tread. I bought in 2007 and been garaged every night ever since. Great condition. No rust but some minimum body wear around common problem areas like rear wheel wells and lower tailgate. You wouldn’t see it unless you’re a few feet away looking right at it. I wish I had more time to enjoy this truck. I drive it barely a few times a month now so I rather see someone else enjoy it. I bought this beast for $5000 in 2007 and have put well over $20,000 into this truck. I’ve upgraded and customized almost everything since I’ve had it but here are the major upgrades / add ons : Engine rebuild at 138,000 miles (approx 73,500 driven miles on THIS engine) with performance chip from Carls East Coast Speed in warwick RI and added K and R cold air intake $4500 Lighted moon visor with front grill brush guard and mounted LED bar $950 4 inch superlift suspension lift (with quad front shocks) $1500 Sitting on 33x12.5 tires $750 Viper car alarm with automatic starter $500 Flowmaster 40 series muffler with dual exhaust and chrome tips $700 Kenwood MRP M1000 amp powering two 10” Alpine Type R subwoofers in ported box $950 In a few years this will become a true antique and be worth even more when ford brings back the bronco. As stated earlier this isn’t new so don’t expect a new car but it’s very nice and it’s the last of its kind! Title in hand.
