All in all the vehicle is in great shape, the maintenance that was done cost a lot , whoever wins the vehicle will be more than pleased. When we use the term "new" in reference to parts , we literally mean "brand new" out the box.. Vehicle is being relisted again because the winner was not a genuine bidder, they bid at the last minute of the auction then sent us a cancellation right after they bid, So due to the fact that we cannot verify how or why this occurred, all bidders who bid in the last 2 auctions or contacted us will not be allowed to bid for this auction or any future auctions we have on eBay. A one year warranty will be given to the winner, this warranty will cover any repair that may be needed without issue or delay , and this warranty will give the winner the option to swap the car out if they would like for any reason as long as it is within one year of ownership.. The battery cost $279.00, we have the receipt and it comes with a 3 year warranty. Everyone who has a BMW knows that the batteries die faster in them because of the cars security systems. BMW Security systems run all through the night , and day when the car is parked, , so it's normal to get a new Battery every year, especially if the car is not driven. Either way for the next three years, all the new owner has to do is call the battery manufacturer and they will give the owner a new battery for free.
