****SEE BELOW FOR THE CONS**** I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO END AUCTION IN THE EVENT OF A LOCAL SELL. I WILL GIVE THE HIGHEST BIDDER AT THE TIME THE OPPORTUNITY TO MATCH THE LOCAL SELL PRICE! Please do not bid if you do not have the funds to pay for the car and make the deposit in time... The bank likely will not give you a loan for this considering its age. You would have to take out a personal loan if you wanted to finance it. This is the lowest the car will be posted for. If it doesn't sell for at least the starting bid, its going in the garage and getting a full makeover and tune this winter. I am only selling to help fund other projects I have going on. Lots of upgrades, see below. Car has 95,000 miles but the engine was replaced with a fully Kleeman built W113 AMG 5.5L. Around 5,000 miles on the engine since the build. There is well over $25,000 invested into the engine, plus labor. Click the link below for a full walk around of the car... The "estimated" 650 engine hp isn't accurate. It has since been dynoed and made 461hp to the wheels, putting it around 560 hp at the engine. The video was made with the previous owner, who I purchased the car from. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jS_nMgmbr48&t=518s -Kleeman Supercharger -Dual Coolant System, one for the engine and the other for the Supercharger. -Transmission sent to and fully built by Kleemann -Fiberglass bodykit fabricated making car 4.5" wider than stock. -SL65 Throttle Bodies. -Engine is fully built with forged cams and pistons. -Kleemann Headers -T304 Fully Welded Exhaust from the Headers to the back -H&R Suspension -Swan Mount Wing mounted through the trunk to the frame. Can be easily removed in 2 minutes so you can still lower the hard top convertible roof. -Tuned by Kleemann -VIN registered through Kleemann for the build. Now for the cons- -There is a crack in the side skirt on the passenger side from a speed bump. It is fiber glass and shouldn't be an issue to fix for anyone who has experience. -The paint is starting to spider web on the bumper. Super easy touch up for any professional painter. -Passenger seat was sold, but I have 2 BRAND NEW seats that will come with it, they just need installed (you can see what the new seats look like in the one picture). -AC blows strong, but not cold. The AC needs a recharge. - The plastic trim cover by the rear windshield on the passenger side is missing, it is $50 through Mercedes and snaps right in. The part number is 171-795-02-55 - The wiring needs reconnected to the back up camera. When the previous owner removed the trunk for the wing he never rewired it... Shouldn't be an issue for anyone who knows how to splice wires together. -Lastly, the previous owner used the wrong type of bulbs in the headlights so they currently aren't working. The car requires CANbus lights, new bulbs will fix this issue. I talked to a few different shops and they just need to be changed to get back in working order.
