The truck was taken down to the frame and then rebuilt. The engine was completely rebuilt, with mid-cam Hooker Heads and a new carburetor. The Turbo 400 Transmission with Tow and Go Shift was rebuilt and resealed. Glass Pacs give this beauty a nice head turning rumble. A new electrical harness, alternator, Auto Meter Gauges and an electronic ignition and distributor guarantee trouble free starting and operation. The truck sports a snazzy red oak bed with chrome separators. A total brake job one year ago assures safe operation. The truck has been regularly featured in local parades, classic car/truck shows and has appeared on the cover of a local fashion magazine. She has been a delightful source of fun and entertainment and, every now and then, has come in handy for moving stuff. The truck is being sold because we are downsizing. The low reserve price is very close to the initial starting bid since I am ready to move on.
