This is a 1980 Honda CR250R Elsinore Dirtbike. This bike has been sitting for many years in a old farm barn in North Carolina. We cleaned the carb out/new spark plug and it started up on the 2nd Kick!(Typical Honda!) It runs and shifts great for its age!! The bike still has the Original Paint on the frame, swing arm and engine. We would of loved to repaint the frame and engine but it is only original once!!! Still has the original exhaust system and handle bars with Honda pad. The bike was missing the side number plates when we got it so we bought new ones and wrapped the number areas in black. The bike also has a new air filter, air filter lid with strap and new black fork boots. The tires have a lot of tread left but do have some typical dry rot. The plastic fenders, tank and front number plate have no cracks and are in nice shape for there age. We also bought new decals for the tank and side plates. The front and rear brakes still work properly. As you can see from pics this bike is in NICE shape for its age and has not been abused or wrecked!
