1972 Honda CB750 Late 1971 production date VIN # CB7502008863 ENG# 2016615 Build Date 12/71 This bike is from my personal collection and is in exceptional original condition with 21,941 original miles. The mileage may change as I ride this bike regularly. Folks, this one is a keeper… Runs like it looks, excellent! People see this bike and follow me home to admire it and talk about the one they had. This bike has been adult owned since new. I am the third owner and I am now 57. This bike has been maintained and cared for by motorcycle enthusiast who loved it and made sure every little thing needed was always taken care of properly. I bought the bike from a good friend of mine, Bob Moshinskie of Moshinskie Performance. You should go check him out...Bob does complete restorations to order and they are absolutely amazing!Bob is a Honda CB750 connoisseur, owns an exceptional collection of early CB 750’s and when he told me he was going to part with this one, I jumped on it.Bob is a vintage bike specialist, goes thru all of his bikes with a fine tooth comb, replacing any parts needed with original NOS equipment. And with over 38 years experience in motorcycle service and racing, Bob has the touch.Bob has been thru this bike before I bought it and I've had him work on since I've owned it. The carbs have been completely gone thru and I recently had Bob tune the bike up. Rides Great!Has a new set of tires on it, as well.Thank and side covers have been professionally painted. Tank is the beautiful Candy Ruby Red with the side covers painted a beautiful high gloss black for contrast.The tank was professionally creamed and the seat is a NOS original, in perfect shape and very comfortable to ride. Being a late 1971 production date, the bike has the preferred 1971 carburetors, spark advance, upper crown and instruments, 1971 grab bars, and red jeweled side covers. I’m not sure if it has the larger 1971 cam or not but this is a strong running CB750 so I would assume it does. The frame is in excellent original condition, with the upper frame still in one piece, NOT CUT! Bike has the original 1972 351 exhaust pipes which are in exceptional condition, no rust, no holes, no scrapes, no dings. The pipes are excellent. They are missing the baffles and they sound awesome! The bike sounds killer without them! The only other thing missing on this bike is the Turn Indicator Buzzer, but the bracket for the buzzer is still in place. 1972 was the only year for the Turn Signal Buzzer Indicator. Everything on the bike works just like it should, it has always been stored indoors. All the chrome is excellent, all the wiring is in excellent original condition, has brand new tires front and back, the rear brakes have been done, I am intending to get to the front brakes soon. If the bike is purchased right away, you may still need to do the front brakes. There is NO CRANKCASE DAMAGE due to the chain ever coming off. Many of these bikes were destroyed or have crank case repairs, this bike has never had the chain come off during ridding and so the crank case on this bike is in perfect condition. Bike does not leak anything, you can park this one in your living room, if you like. At shows, this bike always gets a crowd. This bike speaks for itself. If you’re looking for a really nice, original early CB750 that has not been restored, can still be ridden and enjoyed, and is completely dependable, this is it.
