1956 Oldsmobile Rocket 88. Restored to stock, original condition. Started out as a low mileage, accident free, 99% rust free barn find. I have extensive photo documentation of the rebuild. Everything rebuilt or replaced with 6000 miles on them since restored. The furthest I have driven the car in one day is 7 1/2 hours to a car show, and the car rode beautifully. Multiple trophy winner, including 1st place at the Englishtown NJ swap meet and car show. A great attention-getter everywhere I go, it always draws more attention than 55 - 57 chevy's at the shows. The engine compartment is clean, the interior is nice. The chrome and stainless are excellent on the car. The paint is good, but not perfect, it does have some chips and scratches and a few bubbles here and there. Keep in mind this is 62 year old technology, so it requires getting a little used to driving it. Buyer to perform due diligence prior to auction end, a full inspection of the vehicle is recommended before committing to buy. Ask questions, and have fun bidding. I have enjoyed the car, but I am looking for something different.
