This 1931 Model A is cute and nice quality. Past owner spent a ton of money and lots of work to get it where it is. TRUCK DOES HAVE THE ORIGINAL HAND CRANK TOOL and the ahooga horn works! WHAT IS IT? This is what I consider it! A 1931 Model A done in the Hack style. A Hack is a work vehicle that has been modified after it was sold... by Ford. Todays comparison wold be Hearst, Wreckers and Work Trucks. They are modified in a factory for the use intended. HOW IS IT TITLED? 1931 Ford pickup. The title is a clear Florida title signed off correctly. HEAD LIGHTS WORK! TAIL LIGHTS WORK! TURN SIGNALS WORK! BRAKE LIGHTS WORK! HORN WORKS! GAS GAUGE WORKS! MANUAL WIPER! HOW IS THE WOOD? The wood is good, bed very good, door and cab top and back nice. The drivers door does drag a little, I'll try to adjust it. HOW DOES THE ENGINE RUNS? Its starts very easy, I hear no abnormal knock or rattles, I see no blue smoke, to me it has very good power, I see no bad oil leaks, I consider it a very good engine. HOW IS THE TRANSMISSION? 3 speed manual, it shift good for what it is, they did not have synchronizors like more modern cars. I feel no slip in the clutch. HOW IS THE PAINT? I consider it very nice, I see no rust, no dents or dings, the shine is good. HOW DOES THE TRUCK DRIVE? I consider it driving very good if you remember its a 1931. HOW DOES THE TRUCK STOP? I consider it stopping good, remember its manual brakes. THE CHARGING SYSTEM has been upgraded to a alternator, this is a very good thing. HOW ARE THE TIRES AND WHEELS? The wheels are now 16 inch from a newer model, this makes the truck drive a lot smoother than the old 19 inch. The tires have good tread wear left, but are very old. HOW IS THE INTERIOR? Good seat cover. WHAT WOULD YOU CHANGE? I don't care for the modern mirrors, but you can see good with them. HOW IS THE UNDERSIDE? Very clean, I do not see any rust problems. WERE IS TRUCK LOCATED? SORRY: I do not show cars on Sunday, its a day to worship, a day to rest and a day to spend with my family. CAN I DRIVE THE CAR HOME? I never recommend driving a Classic Car home on a long trip.
