2009 Volkswagon Routan SE with entertainment system Mileage: 92,749 This is a used but loved and well-maintained VW Routan. A full maintenance log is available showing timely oil changes and maintenance. 4 Brakes and Rotors replaced in April 2016 @ 69,000 miles. I also replaced 2 tires then also. This minivan is a great ride. For those that don’t know, this is essentially a Chrysler Town & Country or Dodge Caravan (literally came off the same assembly line) but VW gave it German Suspension, upgraded bucket seats in mid row and a better look. Includes Rubber Mats. Includes Roof Rack w/ cross bars. Includes 4 Key Fobs, so you never have to worry about losing them. Includes wireless Video headsets (2) and remote control.All electronics, mirrors, power windows wipers, heated seats, etc. work. The A/C is cold. Full Disclosure: Known issues reflected in low price. #1 The Blower fan has a rattle that has never impacted performance, and we got used to it. It’s part number 7b0820021. If you are handy it can be purchased on Ebay for about $75. #2 One of the front Wheel Bearings went bad about a year ago resulting in a hum noise. It hasn’t gotten worse, but it needs to be fixed. Apparently, this is a known issue as there was an extended warranty by VW but that has long lapsed. VW dealership estimate the repair at $450. If you are mechanically inclined I hear this is an easy fix. #3 You should want to get new tires before the winter but they are good for another several 1000 miles. #4 Minor scratches and rear bumper dings but nothing too bad (or embarrassing to drive) for a minivan with 92,000 miles.
