I have a 2002 Doge Ram 1500 crew-cab pickup for sale. Truck has 200,000 miles, engine and transmission are strong, interior is decent, scratches and a little rust here and there, tilt steering wheel just when out, had to jerririg hood latch, will need tires soon. Truck will not go over 60mph, mechanic says it needs a governor control solenoid for the transmission, a $90 part. As you can see, it has several things wrong with it, but they are repairable according to my mechanic. And he and I both agree, that the truck is drive-able now up to 60 mph. Once the governor control solenoid is replaced by removing the transmission oil pan, and replacing the fluid, the trucks maximum top speed should increase. Thank you for your interest in my vehicle.
