Most of our vehicles are Florida vehicles, however, not all vehicles originate in Florida and not all vehicles are from Florida. In the case of vehicles that have rust or other salt related body damage, those disclosures will be made within the ad. A Florida vehicle, as far as our eBay auctions are concerned, is a vehicle with a Florida title and no prolific rusting or a vehicle with a non-Florida title and no prolific rusting. A vehicle with any substantial rusting will be disclosed as a northern vehicle and the rusting disclosed and/or photographed. Deposits made to secure a vehicle and have the auction ended are non-refundable. In the event that you do not wish to accept delivery of the vehicle, you cannot secure financing for the balance, or for any other reason cannot complete the purchase, your deposit is not refundable and will be lost. All vehicles must have a deposit paid within 24 hours of the auction closing or the acceptance of your offer, and balance must be paid within 7 days of auction end or bid acceptance. Vehicles cannot be inspected after purchase and before payment. Vehicles must be inspected before you bid on them or purchase them. You are not entitled to an inspection prior to paying for your vehicle. You are not entitled to an inspection after placing a winning bid or offer. This must be our policy to ensure our time is not wasted and our non-refundable auction fees are not wasted on unserious buyers. We have no mechanical liability for any vehicle sold on our auctions. All auction winners who wish to drive their vehicle out of the state of Florida are charged a $150 dealer fee, which includes a temporary license plate. All payments made by cashiers check or credit card are subject to a 10-day title hold. Auction winners who chose to have their vehicles shipped or delivered by a driver are responsible for the vehicle once is leaves the dealership. We shall have no liability for the vehicle. The term "inspection" or "inspected" means the vehicle has been looked over by a mechanic and cleared of any major problems.
