For sale is my 2017 RAM Promaster 2500 Cargo van. It is the 159" wheel base with the high roof. This cargo van has a very simple yet effective interior "camper van" build out. However, it can be brought back down to just the durable insulated walls for work duty in about an hour. The wall liners are high quality injection molded plastic for a clean look and heavy duty wall protection. Behind the walls is 3" of organic wool insulation. The van skin is lined with a 3/8" thick closed cell foam liner that has a thermal barrier as well. Simple bed/storage frame and kitchen unit are bolted down using factory locations. Hand pump sink pulls from a 7g Jerry can and dumps to a 5g Jerry can. An extra 7g can will be included. The best part of the van is the solar generator system mounted to the roof using 2 vancraft mounts and crossbars. 2 renogy 160w polycrystalline panels charge a Inergy Kodiak 1100 solar generator/battery/inverter. These units can take 600w of charge input and disperse it via DC outlets or a 1500w 120VAC inverter. Very lightweight and versatile. It is expandable with AGM batteries. 1 renogy 100amphr AGM battery has been mated to the system. Can charge from 50% DOD in about 4 hours. This is a great option for someone who needs a workhorse of a van during the week and a very enjoyable camper van on the weekends.
