1968 AMX 390 C.I. Borg Warner T-12 automatic transmission. ORIGINAL OWNER. Numbers matching original running gear. Production number is 5738 out of 6725 built. Car was ordered new from dealer. No power steering or brakes. Drum brakes. Factory tach and AM radio/8 track player. Over $4600 in new parts not including labor. Labor was $2000. The following items are NEW: Exhaust, brake cylinders, master cylinder, front brake hoses, trunk mat, hood felt, water pump, fuel pump, hoses, belt, complete tune-up, heater valve and cable, battery, shroud, antenna, oil, water and gas sending units, carb rebuild, and motor, transmission and rear end oil changed. The gas tank was removed and dipped then relined. The radiator was flushed and checked for leaks. The running gear needs nothing done. I have receipts for everything that was recently done to the car in the last 3 months. Car was stored in a garage since 1993. Runs great. 85,000 original miles. I have receipts from work done since 1968. The car has had one paint job in 1988. The paint looks good but does have some chips that I touched up.
