2004 BMW 525i Automatic Rear Wheel Drive Sedan Premium (READ DESCRIPTION) You are buying a blue 2004 BMW 525i in overall fair condition with a clean Massachusetts tittle. It drives fair, and turns on right away. However, it's not currently NOT driveable because it needs the 2 front struts replaced. 2 new OEM front struts are included (Please Read On- More Info Below). It has 132,727 miles. The body is in fair condition with some scratches and scuffs throughout. The inside is also in fair condition (6.5/10). The New York inspection it came with just expired this month. I bought this car about 2 1/2 months ago and it was my daily driver until this week. I bought it because my other car was hit and I needed something to get around while the insurance money came in. I have bought a new car since and don't have the time, need, or space for this one. Here's whats currently wrong with it: 1. Lean codes (Check Engine): A week prior to getting my new car I left town for a few days and let someone use it. They added a full tank of Regular gas and drove for about 3 days. This triggered lean engine codes (P0174 & P0171). The car now pulls at times and drives slower (Mostly when taking off, and going up hills). I took it to my mechanic at the time, he advised the gas system just needs to be cleaned out. 2.Strut Replacement: It currently CANNOT be driven as the 2 front struts need to be replaced badly (2 New OEM struts are Included in the purchase). I tried replacing them recently, but 2 of the bolts stripped on the driver side so I was unable to finish. The 2 stripped bolts are still loosen. 3. Dent: There is a light dent on the rear passenger side. Mostly noticeable upclose. 4. Window Fuse: While it was parked in my driveway it rained bad while the windows were cracked, now 3 of 4 windows wont go down so the fuse needs to be replaced. 5. Radio: The CD part of the radio is not working. You can listen to the radio, and listen to the CD currently inside, but the CD player buttons don't function. 6. Mirrors: The mirrors were stolen around the time I bought the car. I found one (from a later model) at a junk yard, but the passenger mirror still needs replacing. 7. Scratches /Paint peel: There are light and deeps scratches throughout, and the front bumper paint is peeling. 8. Maintenance: It will also need fluids changed as well as brakes, and at least one new tire (front driver side). I was planning on fixing everything myself, but as I've mentioned I no longer need it. Car also comes with a new battery purchased less then a month ago. If you are local I suggest coming by with your scanner and mechanic to check it out.
