for all of you packard nuts. here it is. a real rust-free, orig 80,000 car everything restored 2016-2017 collission-free, no material on this car except the paint. garaged in arizona all its life. now in fla garaged for the past year. driven less than 1,000 since a full body restoration of this rust free car. first of all i bought this car little over a year ago.soon after the restoration was finished..i always wanted a packard and wow what a nice one. and i did pay the price for it but very happy with it.then i found out my son had another year of school so it had to go. i sold it to a collector-dealer of only pristine classic cars here in florida..but since then i really mised the car. well i was able to buy it back a little while ago from him not before he did all the up-dating to the car on the 12/volt the a/c etc..he changed the beige rug to green which looks better .once again i find out my son has 2 more years of school so here it is again on ebay , i hope this satisfies everyone asking about the 2 times this car was or is posted on the bay !!..... starting from BODY! all the chrome and stainless trim removed before the refinish. high end driver. ( she may look like a trailer queen but this is a drivin car, though can go toe to toe with show cars ). all the hard chrome such as bumpers and all the die-cast was re-chromed\.( the cost of that alone is close to a third of this cars value ) side trim and emblems also was removed before the re-finish . all the windows are in great shape and open and close as new. all locks work as well.... now the INTERIOR! everything was done.door panels,seats re-built and covered with nos material. the headliner and visors done as well. jute and new rugs. and kick panels..the interior couldent be nicer or more comfortable .the interior light goes one too when rear doors opened as it should..... now for the SUSPENSION and BRAKES! suspension all replaced and re-built.front and rear. take a look! and the p/s system and p/b system all re-built. take a look at the UNDERSIDE OF THE BODY! all rust free, no undercoating, no patches, no rust, just clean underside , not even any dirt.... now the MECHANICAL ! the entire mechanical system of this car was done. re-built 327 flat streight 8 completely gone through, 3sp trans completely rebuilt ( trans has been up-dated with a chrysler 727 automatic for more reliability, this is done with a conversion kit av. only for packards.and still uses the 3/sp packard selector so it still looks factory!!) not cheap but well worth it for the reliability and better gas milage and cruising speeds on the high-ways. also a 12 volt conversion done the right way!!!. everything works as it should..all the gauges, lights, blinkers, gas guauge, even the oil and charging red lights work as they should,,dash lights, even back up lights , etc. now the A/C SYSTEM ! all new classic air, custom made for this car espically with the streight eight!!.. nice clen install with the slim line design for more leg room.. and a pusher fan operated with thermostat to keep everything cool. car runs cool here in the hot fla weather with the a/c on even in stop and go.COOLING all gone through ! no issues at all. and one more thing. the radio has been with a up-dated am/fm factory replacement from classic radio that works awsome. the only thing is now im waiting for the clock to come back from sending it out to get restorded. i cant stress how nice this car is in every aspect. good looking, ride quality, reliable quiet driving car. and cold cold a/c for comfort also high-way speeds with no effort at all smooth and easy driving no noises of any kind or leaks ,,with the great p/s and p/b brakes. and ease of starting and everything working better with the 12 volt correct conversion. this car could not be nicer or more reliable. sorry to see it go, but i still am putting my son through school and hes more inportant than the car!!. dont miss out on this packard. got to be one of the nicest in the country for sure!! feel free to call mike 352 620 4934 aft 12 noon to 11 pm .you will love this car. just get in and enjoy with no issues!! any distance any amt of time on the road w/ no issues!!
