The car was sold new in Maryland and has remained there since new until we brought it to the midwest. The car is finished in Midnight Blue over Natural brown and is equipped with Porsche Exclusive options. The last service included an oil and filter change performed. This 996 Turbo is now offered with a clean Carfax and a clean title.The Turbo measures just over two inches wider than a standard 996 Carrera and features larger grille openings, rear quarter vents and a deeper rear valence with side vents.The factory 18″ wheels are fitted with colored Porsche crests and Pirelli tires. The power rear spoiler actuates at 76 mph and is shown both raised and lowered in the gallery.The cabin is finished in natural brown leather on the front and rear seats. The stock Porsche Communication Management system and sound processor unit are present, and a 6-disc CD changer is mounted in the trunk. Just over 20k miles are shown on the digital odometer.Power is provided by a 3.6L Mezger-designed flat-six which sends power to all four wheels via a Tip Tronic transmission. The Mezger engine is equipped with a gear driven intermediate shaft on a plain bearing, rather than the roller bearing unit used in naturally aspirated 996s. Factory rated output was 415 horsepower.
