Vehicle Detail
2014 Ram 1500 4x4, Crew Cab 4x4 pickup truck. 6.5’ box. 46,264 (very low) miles, Big Horn Package, This truck is loaded. The options are as follows: 1) Engine, transmission, exterior: HEMI V8, factory stainless steel dual exhaust, OEM remote start (two remote start RAM key fobs), ZF 8 speed automatic transmission (can be shifted with buttons on the steering wheel) , fully electronic transfer case with 2WD, 4WD, and auto all wheel drive modes; 20” OEM rims with near new Cooper Discoverer AT3 tires (less than 2000 miles on tires and an alignment when tires were installed: total cost $1200), factory trailer hitch, factory spray in bedliner (bed is in beautiful condition, rarely used) , one year old roll up tonneau cover (like new) ; 2) Interior: the interior is in very good condition: power driver’s seat w/ lumbar, heated seats, heated leather steering wheel, front and rear parking sensors, cruise control, electric rear sliding window, full console with two storage bins, power windows, electric garage openers, multiple USB and a 110v plug ins; fold flat rear floor, in floor rear storage bins, power locks; 3) Electronics: UCONNECT 8.4” touch screen with Navigation, full climate control/electronics control via touch screen, streaming Bluetooth, backup camera, full steering wheel controls; 4) TITLE: this is a New York State SALVAGE title truck. I bought it after a long and careful search in 2016, and had it inspected and titled in NY. The truck has no collision damage of any kind. No engine, transmission, theft, frame, suspension or flood damage. The truck has all of its original body panels. NO AIRBAGS HAVE DEPLOYED. The truck was salvage titled because the original owner had it parked outdoors and a heavy windstorm blew sand and gravel onto a portion of the truck from the rear. The damage is cosmetic only, as follows: a) the front fenders, hood, windshield, grill and front bumper have zero storm damage, and look good; b) tailgate: the tailgate had multiple small dings and pecks. I had the tailgate removed, completely disassembled, repaired and and repainted by a very good local body shop to OEM standard. The tailgate now looks like new; c) the sides of the bed, doors, and top rear of the cab show pecks from where gravel hit the truck in the windstorm. Nothing is through the primer. No rust. I carefully touched things up with OEM Ram touch up paint. Overall, from ten feet it is very hard to see any imperfection. I have included many, many detailed pictures (click on the pictures below to enlarge them), and you can only see the storm damage at very close range. Mechanically, this truck is outstanding. It starts, runs, drives and stops absolutely 100%. The Hemi runs strong. The transmission shifts like new. The electronic transfer case and 4WD systems work 100%. The truck steers well and tracks well on the highway. Brakes well. All electronics function 100%. There are no check engine lights or warning lights. Current inspection sticker, nothing needs attention. IMPERFECTIONS: the rear bumper has two small dings, not through the chrome. Minor, see pictures. One rim has a little of the chrome finish peeling from the rim cover. See close up rim picture. Driver's side window trim has a slight wrinkle. Minor. See close up picture. Driver's side door has vertical scratch that has been professionally touched up. Hard to see it unless you are very close and looking at it at the right angle in bright light. I tried, but could not get it to show in the pictures. PAYMENT: I have the New York State Rebuilt Salvage Title in hand, ready to sign over to the new owner. There are no liens. A $1000 Paypal deposit is due when auction ends. Balance of funds must clear at my bank before I will sign the title over to Buyer. I am happy to work with your shipping company, if you want the truck shipped. This is rock solid truck and I have a very low reserve on it. This truck is fairly, honestly and conservatively represented. I have been an ebay member in good standing since February 1999, and have a 100% positive feedback rating with 459 feedbacks. The only reason I am selling this pickup is to downsize to an SUV (I have only rarely used the bed in this truck.) Please email me with any specific questions or specific photo requests and I will promptly reply. (For anyone wondering, insurance is easy. Most companies provide coverage for salvage title vehicle these days.) Thanks. Photo gallery click to enlarge Track Page Views WithAuctiva's FREE Counter
