1973 Plymouth 'Cuda Original 340 car, now with 1970 trim. This is a genuine 'Cuda with a race-prepped engine. Priced to sell, there are a lot of rust buckets selling $13-19K in the TX area. Simply put, too many projects and I need to clear out the garage a bit. NO TRADES No known rust issues, previous owner owned it for over 30 yrs and addressed it. All the switches mounted on the horizontal cage bar have an in-line fuse a short distance behind the switch - 20 amp as I recall. The maintenance manuals should show where all the factory fuses are located, etc. The foot switch for headlight dimming may need lube.Door locks are supposed to work with ignition key, but are balky - need some lube.Rear trunk lock needs to be replaced, has a fail safe wire to open.Driving lights fuse.Need to install new fuel gauge, although you wouldn't need it for racing.Performance: Winner 160 MPH class May, 1997 and 1999 Nevada Open Road Challenge. Won2003 One Mile Drag of Sandhills Open Road Challenge in Nebraska @167 MPH .Small block with solid lifter cam and 2.40 gears ran 12.80 in quarter at Bristol,TN dragway; Big block with 2.76 gears ran 12.08 at Rockingham dragway @ 121MPH.
