This Hondamatic is an automatic! You simply press the shift lever into gear with your toe/foot and you're off! After you get up to a higher speed you simply press down once again. There is no clutch to worry about. It is one of two Hondamatics riden by a middle-aged couple for a couple of years after they first got into biking. They rode with us and received great comments on almost every ride we took with them, people loving these classic Hondas. They've since moved into two newer bikes and the priority to get these running has come and gone. It's a great opportunity to restore a great bike like this, or convert into a new life as a cafe'... or whatever you can dream. Outside of them storing them beneath their deck during riding season under motorcycle covers, they've been kept in my personal garage or storage during the off seasons. Unfortunately, winter would come before good winterizing took place so we faced carburator problems in the spring. We're selling this bike as-is seeing the carbs will need cleaned before it will run again.
