We will be assisting in the sale of this vehicle, it was built by Timberline but is owned by Oronas Differential, one of our affiliates. If you follow us, you know we've built many vans. The rig has been gone through and is road ready. It was previously owned by a chuch in Southern Colorado, hence the low mileage. This is a short window van, suitable for passenger transport, or a window-style build out. If you do not want the seating, we can remove it for you. If you require some additional lightweight upfitting, we're happy to work on it for you. Since Orona acquired the van, it has undergone a thorough mechanical check/service, as well as our complete Timberline conversion process. The Drivetrain includes re-manufactured transmission with 18 month warranty, re-manufactured t-case, and 3.55 gearing with full floater rear dana 60. Many more new detailed parts replaced, listed below. Our conversions are very detail oriented, and although it's not the cheapest '03 van available, this is a turn key overland platform that's been thoughtfully constructed and has a lifetime of on and off pavement mileage to go. exteriorThis rig is in very presentable cosmetic condition and has turned heads every time I've driven it. It has nice gloss and was recently waxed. The paint seems to match well, pretty equal wear on all panels. The glass is good, bumpers are straight, wheels and tires are new and undercarriage is shown, no rust issues. The van has hail on the roof, a ding in the left front fender, some clear coat chipping along just a tiny bit of the edge of right rear quarter panel by window, and a few other small imperfections. This is a 15 year old passenger van, not new, but it's really quite pretty just like the photos and something to be proud of. interiorThe cabin on this van is super nice. It didn't even hardly need cleaned up. The previous owners were older and took really good care of it with their church. This vehicle is well equipped and everything works. Really apart from a little normal wear and tear, it's all just super clean, again, have a look at photos.build / mech / misc This unit has been gone through however it didn't need a whole lot. The motors on these are very popular because they're just so durable. This van had a small oil leak coming from a bad o-ring that was replaced, oil and filter changed and that's really all it needed beyond the conversion. Our Timberline conversion includes but is not limited to: all new tie-rods, updated sway bar and new moog links, new moog premium ball joints, new front brake calipers, rotors, pads, brake lines, new abs sensors keep factory abs intact, new pro-comp monotube aluminum shocks front and rear, custom drive-shafts, new 4-link front end with all new grade 10 hardware and bushings, 1.5" tooled solid track bar w/ 7/8" heim joints, re-manufactured 4R100 with low stall torque converter, 18k/18mo warranty through WIT, reman NP271 t-case with new linkages, LED 4x4 indicator light, has manual locking hubs, axle is from 2007 F-250 with around 100k miles, new fluids in front/rear diffs, t-case and trans, has Dana 60 full floating rear diff, many other new parts. The van carries a 6 month 6k mile warranty on 4x4 conversion parts nation wide, labor local included, free 1000 mile check through if you're local. Any additional mechanical warranties will need to be discussed with Orona, whom we are selling the vehicle for. You will be provided with a parts replacement sheet for the 4x4 components, effectively all the serviceable components of which are available through Ford or by aftermarket application. We will also include an alignment sheet spec for you. We keep nut and bolt records on our vans so if you need something in the future we will have the answer. This van should pass emissions anywhere, exhaust is unmodified.
