For Sale 1981 BMW R65 running great with clean title. Short video of it being ridden CLICK HERE Purchased 2 years ago from a local dealer when I worked close to home and could ride it there. Haven't ridden it much in past year as my current job is too far to ride to (inspection is expired but will pass). I charged the battery (new gel) and it fired up for a fun ride in the neighborhood. Don't know how many miles on it as speedo was broken. Seller guessed around 30k. I replaced speedo with working one on eBay. Other notes:At the time of purchase seller said he had bike serviced and carbs synced. Not sure what else was done besides oil change.Somehow the oil light and neutral light wires are mixed but both work. (Oil light means you are in neutral)Only after riding a few drops of oil will drip out. I bought a oil pan gasket but still in box and will be included as well as tool to remove exhaust headers.Will include repair manual as well.
