Very good condition Dark Blue P85+ with some great options but also some caveats. I'm the personal owner, the title is in my name. My Tesla is for sale locally, as well. It has free supercharging for life that goes with the car -- buy it today and supercharge the whole way home. The powertrain (battery, motors, etc.) warranty is still in effect, as well: unlimited miles and 8 years. The bumper-to-bumper warranty has expired. The title is a manufacturer buyback title due to the MCU. The *only thing* that doesn't work on this car is the Bluetooth functionality and the related speech recognition function. And sometimes it *does* work for a little while after a reboot; however, if you're bidding assume it does not work. The cost to repair at Tesla is $2,000. I haven't repaired it because Tesla is releasing an update to the MCU in 'late 2018' (ref: Elon's twitter feed) which is backwards compatible and will offer potentially new functionality, greater processing speed, more reliability, etc. Everything else about this car works perfectly! I've had zero problems or alerts and have owned it for 4,200 miles. My Model 3 is on the way so now I'm selling my Model S to get into my Model 3, else I'd keep it. This one has great options:+ High-fidelity sound system (amazing!)+ Full leather interior+ Power moonroof+ Rear-facing 3rd row seat (unfortunately, the seat itself is missing -- I bought it that way)+ Technology package+ Ambient Lighting+ Self-leveling suspension+ "Plus" suspension package with offset wheels and tires (see wheel scrapes and chips -- there are many) Yes, I have both keys and the charging cable is included. This is a pre-Autopilot car. Autopilot was not an option until late 2014 model year builds. This Tesla spent the first four years of its life in Phoenix and it is a known problem that high temperatures tend to cause problems with the MCU (Media/Multimedia Control Unit, the Linux computer on the backside of the large screen). In this Telsa's case the MCU has been replaced multiple times, only to show defects a few months later. The first owner had the MCU replaced multiple times while under the 4-year bumper-to-bumper warranty, and then had Tesla buy it back at the end of the warranty when the problem came back. I then purchased it in Phoenix and drove it back to Atlanta. Full payment due within 14 days of auction end to allow for you to secure an inexpensive flight into Atlanta if you're flying in and driving back. If you're paying by check (cashier's check or personal) you must pay at least 7 business days in advance to give the check time to clear. If paying via bank wire you must pay 24 hours in advance to give the chance for funds to clear. If paying by cash -- holy crap, that's a lot of cash to be carrying around; I'll meet you at the bank so I don't have to touch it. If you're shipping the car you're responsible for payment and coordination of shipping.
