You are bidding on a (used) 1975 Honda CB550 Four K1 model motorcycle. The motorcycle starts easily and runs smooth. The mileage is at 28,420 miles. The speedometer was changed shortly after I purchased it as the original stopped working. The mileage listed is the old speedometer mileage plus the additional mileage put on the replacement speedometer. The motorcycle has had both front and back tires and tubes replaced (see photos of tires). It still needs the wheels balanced. The fuel tank is clean inside w/ no rust. The side covers are cracked and you can see one is brown. The mufflers have been changed but the bike sounds like it did with the original mufflers. The upswept design of the mufflers makes the ground clearance greater for less scrapping of the mufflers (original design). Mechanially the bike is sound. Cosmetially there are some issues. The fuel tank has scratches and a few dents, the side covers are cracked. It would be the great basis for a Cafe' racer. Also included are the following: onwers manual, tool kit, and a copy of the Honda CB550 service manual. If you have questions feel free to ask. Thanks for looking.
