This 2004 Disco II with locking diff is the nicest example of these rugged land rovers you will ever find. This was the last year a serious overland 4x4 was manufactured body on frame with 2 solid axles. The Land Cruiser had switched to independent front suspension in 1998 and Land Rover followed suit in 2005 when they switched to a unibody independent suspension, thus ending the days SUVs were overbuilt and ruggedly made primarily for off-road use. This solid off-road warrior has never been off road and instead been completely maintained and street driven, with absolutely nothing wrong with it. Every little thing works and functions perfectly and the engine and drive train have been so rigorously monitored and maintained that it runs like it just road off the lot. This classic suv has been customized to run with a 6th seat in the rear cargo area along with the storage compartment, but is being sold with the 7th seat and an additional storage compartment so it can be set up to your liking. The interior and exterior of this LR are near perfect condition and you would be hard-pressed to find a blemish anywhere (the only one i know of is the driver's seat where the seat belt hits the upper side) Maintenance is up to date and needs nothing, looking to the future in 10,000 miles or so it will need the valve cover gaskets replaced again (they last about 50k miles).
