Vehicle Detail

The car can be picked up locally or shipped nationwide. For sale is an amazing 2011 Subaru Impreza WRX STi Hatchback in WR Blue with a Black Suede/Leather interior, red stitching, and Black Headliner. The odometer has only 44,226 miles, title is clear, and the car was never smoked in. The car is in excellent condition and was garage kept both at home and work. Mechanically the car runs great. The beautiful World Rally Blue paint still looks amazing, the interior is in great condition, the Xenon HID headlamps are clear and fog free, and the windshield is chip and crack free. The vehicle has many options and upgrades (about $13,000 worth in parts and labor) a complete list of which can be seen below. But here are some highlights: An IAG Stage 1 Engine Shortblock with Manley Forged pistons was installed by Growler Motor Labs here in Dallas, complimented by a Cobb SF Air Intake with Airbox, Cobb 3” SS Catback Exhaust, and Cobb’s Accessport V3. The car comes with a mild stage 1+ 91 octane Cobb tune (lightly modified by Growler) while the engine is in the break-in mileage period. However the engine is rated to 475 BHP, so it has a lot of room for further upgrades and custom tuning if you so desire. A fresh Subaru OEM clutch disk was also installed, and the engine heads went through a complete cleaning and honing prior to being installed on the new shortblock. The car comes with new (250 miles) Pirelly PZero Nero summer tires and a fresh alignment. While the brake calipers are stock Brembo STi units, the brake rotors were switched about 7000 miles ago to DBA Series 4000 rotors, with Hawk Ceramic pads, and stainless steel lines. I was planning to continue upgrading the car, however due to a shift in career focus and family reasons, I need to sell my play cars. Please message me if you need additional info or want to see more pictures. Options and Upgrades: IAG Stage 1 Engine Shortblock – The install was recently completed by Growler Motor Labs in Dallas (formerly Cobb Tuning of Plano). The new block has about 500 miles on it. There was a minor scrape on the rear passenger side bumper, which was repaired by Sewell Collision Center in Dallas (there is a lifetime warranty on the work). Glass: The front windshield is clear, with no chips or cracks. The tint on the side and rear windows has no bubbling or peeling. Headlamps and lights: The front Xenon headlamps are both clear, with no cloudiness. All lights are working properly, with no fogging or spidering/cracks. Tires and Wheels: Stock 18” wheels with recently installed Pirelli P-Zero tires (less than 300 miles on them). A full alignment was completely as part of the tire replacement. Interior: The car was parked in a parking garage both at home and work, and I frequently applied leather and plastic protecting lotions to the interior. Seats are clean and tear free, with no cracking, fading, or tears. The same can be said of the dashboard, door panels, headliner, and carpeting. The A/C blows ice-cold air, and the front seats have heaters installed from the factory.
