Up for your consideration is a 2003 Red Honda Accord LX- V-6. I had this car since January 31, 2005. At that time it had about 30,100 miles on it. It has been a reliable car since I had it and I am only parting with it as I just bought a newer car. Of course with the newer car now I have monthly payments for the next 6 or 7 years. The motor is strong and the body in very good condition for its age. I did have the transmission rebuilt about four years ago from Cottman transmission. It has run quite well since then. It has four fairly new tires( June, 2016), a new battery, new speed sensors, and new rotors. The A/C and the heater works very well. I just got a new front fender in November 0f 2016 which cost about $725 to replace and install. The small issues are basically just four. The trunk lock on the driver's floor side isn't working with my keys but the trunk lock opens with the keys. Another small issue is the ceiling fabric has loosen from its glue and I put thumb-tacks to keep it in place. Thirdly there is a slightly dent above the rear bumper. And finally, the CD player doesn't work. I did have the original unit replaced by Honda about ten years ago. The radio, clock, and console unit otherwise works well. The driver's seat is automatic and the passenger seat is manual positioning. The seats are a grey velvet fabric. It has a 240 hp 3.0 liter SOHC 24-Valve VTEC engine. It has a five speed automatic transmission with Grade logic control, 4 wheel disc brakes with Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD), Front and rear double wishbone suspension, front and rear stabilizer bars,Variable assist Power steering. It has A/C, AM/FM Stereo with six speakers, steering wheel audio controls, power windows, Variable intermittent windshield wipers, tilt and telescopic steering wheel. Dual exhaust with alloy wheels (some normal scuffing) with 4 205/60r16 92v p4fs tires ($460) from Sam's Club. It has no liens on it. I am the sole owner. I did misplace the original title and PaDot did issue me a new one last month. It has 204,678 miles presently and starts right up. I have treated this car with the upmost attention in maintenance. Since I had it, I have always changed the oil and oil filter every 3,000 miles. It has passed inspection in PA from a new car dealer and that inspection is good til the summer months. Given to the proper buyer, it should last another 100-200,000 miles. It is a sturdy, dependable, and great car for your local errands and daily travels to work.
