It was parked in an area where rain water got high outside the car and seeped inside thru door jams. Water level got about an inch over the carpet level. We have a detailed refurbish process that covers all mechanical and electrical aspects of these cars. Everything that is under the carpet is also completely inspected. If there is any module or computer under the carpet, it gets replaced regardless of the functionality. All fluids are checked for any water contamination. In this car, there is nothing under the carpet that had to be replaced. There was absolutely no water in the engine or transmission. When we received the car from Insurance Company, the carpet was already dry. There was no water of any kind. Also, please note that it was just fresh water and not salt water. This Buick has already been serviced; all fluids have been checked. Engine has been serviced.
