Hello diesel family and friends, thank you for your faithful following and Happy and blessed new year to everyone from Toms Diesel truck center on ebay,....I sell all my diesels on ebay only I do not have a web site, please stop down if you can or just check on ebay here from time to time I will put one or two new trucks on as I get them ready for sale,,,thanks T I'd like to share a little about my self just to let you all know who you are dealing with before we get together in a business deal, I also have all my policies which have worked for me the past 14 years dealing on ebay and online deals so please read, thanks ... my name is Tom I am a licensed mechanic and PA diesel truck dealer with experience going back to the early 1970's. For those of you who remember when you got your car fueled up the attendant that ran out to fill your car up? That was me.... it is where I started my journey into the car business, at 14 I walked down to my uncles Texaco station in south central PA, after football practice, I'd put on my striped shirt and greeted the customers filled them up, checked the oil, washed the windows and whatever else I could do to get tips;). He let me in the garage when I got to high school and did engine work, brakes, welding and just about everything else but where I really excelled is when he started selling cars, I enjoyed helping customers find the car or truck or there dreams. I started my own lot in 1979 and built it up to the size of any new car dealership with 50 employees, 12 shop bays and well over 100 trucks on the lot, we sold that property and dealership back in 2006 and today nearing 60 years old I am semi retired and opened this small hobby lot located in Carlisle PA. I still have the passion for diesel trucks in which I'm an expert (by the way anyone who does anything successful for 35 years is an expert in my opinion), and I also have the passion just as I did at 18 to help people find the truck of there dreams. If you give me the opportunity I promise I will do everything in my power not to let you down... I know these old cummins diesel/and 7.3's trucks inside and out and I personally drive one and love these trucks emmensley. What I hate the older ones here in the northeast since they just melt away from all the rust and bondo they are loaded up with so I fly out west to Southern California,Texas, and other west coast and southern states to buy a few clean rustfree 1 owners and drive them home to sell in the northeast. A few things to know before bidding or becoming interested in one of my trucks, I do not play games with the price, I do my homework price low for fast cash sales on the buy it now that is what I need if you do the research you will see, however serious cash buyers are encouraged to bring cash offers close to buy it now we might deal to the right buyer, the right buyer to me does his or her homework and knows the market price on these old diesels, is easy to deal with and has there expectations in line, what I'm not looking for is people shooting lowball prices, bringing a magnifying glass to scrutinize a 15-20 year old work truck, if you need new I do not sell that they are tens of thousands of dollars more money and don't last long at all go to the new dealer if that is the case. But if your serious about buying a nice older diesel and are good to get along with that is me as well I will make you a sweet deal, stop down if you can.. Its a beautiful 1 owner 01 Ford F250Lariat 4WD Superduty Crew Shortbed 4DR. 7.3 Powerstroke diesel engine that fires right up perfectly, has recent injectors and glow plugs, no excessive blow by or leaks, awesome takeoff power, no chips, programmers or lifts, good tight front end with good ball joints and ty rods, good 4" exhaust and brakes fresh rotella every 5000 and just done this week. Rubber is also in good shape, drives very tight steers well we drove it in and it worked perfectly. Tranny is only about 40000 miles old fully rebuilt with new HD converter and shifting very smooth and slick.Inside is full leather with the power bucket seat sport interior, non smoker owner no rips or tears with everything I tried working, exterior paint is all factory original no bodywork good straight truck with spray in liner no 5th wheel and no heavy towing, frame is mint with no rust.Guys I sold over 300 older powerstrokes and older cummins trucks in the past 18 months trust me you just do not find this quality for this price, if your looking for perfection this is not your price bracket you need to look in, we have flawless ones that we sell closer to 20K but they do not drive any better that this one. Normal wear and tear like rock chips, a few parking lot dings, dings on gate, small scratches and paint chips(we touched up) minor interior wear and stuff like that but will make a perfect work truck or driver that needs nothing Im aware of, sale is on a first come basis with depoit, Thanks Tom 717 991 0568
