1995 Jaguar XJ6 RUST FREENO RESERVE AUCTION WILL SELL TO HIGH BIDDER! Here is a unique opportunity to buy a great Jaguar sedan at a great price. This cat runs and drives well with cold AC and is a great classic to drive daily or an excellent candidate for restoration. I will describe interior, exterior and mechanical conditions, both and good and to the best of my knowledge. Please know this is a no reserve auction and I will sell to the highest bidder; be prepared to consummate your purchase upon completion of auction. The exterior of this car is finished in the iconic British Racing Green color. Factory chrome alloy wheels with an excellent set of matching tires. The factory Jaguar leaper is in tact and in excellent shape. Roof and trunk are faded from the AZ sun. The sides and hood look great. Driving down the road it looks great and with not a lot expense one could paint the faded areas and have a sharp sedan. All chrome, glass and plastics are in tact. The body is straight and free of any major dents or dings. Rubbers around door seals and windows are also in good shape. The interior leather seats and trim are finished in a light ivory leather, Oatmeal is the factory color name. The majority of the interior is in pretty nice shape with the exception of the drivers seat. The seat bottom and upper bolster are in pretty poor shape. The back seat is excellent and the passenger seat is pretty good as well. The interior door panels are in excellent shape with the exception of the drivers door handle pull that shows wear from use. The dashboard and wood trim are in excellent condition and look very nice. Factory stereo with CD changer are in good working condition and the factory power antenna operates up and down perfectly. The factory sunroof only tilts up and down but does not slide open. HVAC system works excellent with ice cold AC and a great heater. The drivers seat is not working, it does not move in any direction. It is set in a fairly uncomfortable forward upright position. Not all the forward but too close for many and will need to be fixed. The drivers window and power mirrors are also not working. I was told by a local Jaguar specialist that there is a control module under the drivers seat that is most likely the reason for inoperative seat. It may also be the reason the driver window and mirrors not working. Original master key, valet key and remote fob are included along with booklet cover and some books. Spare tire and accessories to service tire are also included. Mechanically the car is in good overall condition. I have repaired a power steering fluid leak that seems to have been the only leak. The check engine light has been on and off intermittently and and the ABS light does come on while driving. I suspect the ABS light to be a sensor on one of the wheels. The car has passed AZ State inspection with flying colors. Strut bushings are in need of replacement. I will be getting estimates this week for strut bushings and module under the seat. It drives great out on the road and the cruise control works great. Highway gas mileage is close to 28MPG! This Jag could be a great daily driver with very little work or a great project to add to a collection. A great starting to point that needs so little to make into a very special car.
