The V-8 5 Liter 307.1 cui Engine with a 4-speed automatic transmission is very strong and pulls well. Brakes and stops as it should. White walled Tires have 6-7/32nds. Car runs smoothly at all speeds. No funny noises. No rips, tears in the leather or carpet. No funny smells. 136,555 miles. All new front, side and rear Bumper Fillers. Cadillac's top-of-the-line d'Elegance Burgundy pillow top leather interior. The back seat offers the accommodations of a limousine. Power accessories include level ride, factory radio/cassette, dual 6-way power seats, power windows, power remote (add-on) locks, power heated mirrors, sentential 110volt pillar lights, cruise control, tilt telescoping wheel, power pull down trunk and electronic climate control. The AC blows COLD during hot and humid summer days. Outfitted with factory optioned wire wheel covers - dressed in 235/70/15 whitewall radials. If you know Broughams then you know there are a few known flaws - ONE, the B pillar opera lights never work - these work and look great a night. TWO, the power antenna notoriously fails - but this radio/antenna operates perfectly. THREE the rear air leveling shocks are broken or replaced with standard shocks - these NEW air leveling shocks work as designed. New front shocks as well. This car has a NEW gas tank and sending unit. Newer exhaust from the cat back. Do not hesitate to drive this car home! This is not a show car, it is not perfect. However, it's a great solid car with a near mint interior and clean underside. No Rot! The Frame has been certified in "good condition" by the local Cadillac dealership. The entire right side was painted this year to repair a dent on the right front fender and nose and I had to paint the new bumper fillers anyway. There are a few tiny chips ect on the remaining paint (see pics) but overall this Brougham is in truly amazing condition. Currently registered and insured in Connecticut through Hagerty. The only issues I am aware of are the following: the cassette deck does not work (may be my old tape) radio works fine, the cruise control is not operational (dash control appears to work), the headliner is bubbling in a few places, the rug shows heal wear in the driver's side foot well (covered by the floor mat), Trunk liner is stained in a few places and there is sometimes a puff of smoke on start up overnight. The car uses about a quart between oil changes. All other fluid levels are static. Other than that this is an honest, original car. I have the original gold keys with remote lock/security fob, a second set of keys, Service and operator manuals.
