1968 Chevelle ss. I bought this car back in November 2017 from North Shore Classics, thinking I was going to have the time to get in to classic cars, I've found out that I don't and I would rather see someone enjoy her rather then collecting dust in my garage. The car is a true 138 vin code but the motor is a small block 400 bored to a 406, she runs and drives great. When I first got her I took her to a local shop and the only thing the mechanic said was the 670 street avenger needed to be upgraded to a 770. Other then that she's in great shape. No rust that I have found, but there are 3 little spots under the paint, see picture, not sure if it rust or something else. She had a frame on restoration a few years back. The 406 has high flow marine heads, j&e pistons, steel crank, and a 550 liftcam roller rocker tips. The trans is an automatic turbo 350. 3 speed with a shift kit, power steering and power breaks. The chevelle has front and rear sway bars, qa1 adjustable coilover shocks. I have the original protect-o-plate.
