This is a Private Party Sale being Sold out of San Diego California. Story has it this truck was Originally Purchased by an Elderly Doctor here in San Diego and used as a Second Vehicle. The truck was Stored in his Garage and Regularly serviced. The truck was later sold in August 2012 to a Retired Gentleman in Yuma Arizona. The truck was Parked under cover at his Vacation Home and used for Large Family outings. I purchased the Truck earlier this year as a spare vehicle while mine was in the shop. This Suburban Drives Beautifully and Everything Works Perfectly! I recently had the Drivers Side exterior door handle replaced at the Dealership as it was cracked. Other than that Service is up to date. Interior is in Excellent Condition as seen in the photos. Leather is in great shape with no signs of cracking. The stereo sounds great with no blown speakers. The truck is equipped with all-weather floor mats purchased from WeatherTech. Original carpet mats are also included. The truck drives straight down the highway at 70-mph without any wheel shake. Brakes are solid with no vibration or pulsation in the pedal. Transmission shifts smooth and strong. No Leaks. The exterior of the truck has some minor blemishes (scratches and a couple pressure dings) consistent with its age. The only notable damage is on the Rear Passenger Side fender where the previous owner clipped a street sign while turning a corner. My local body shop quoted me $500 to repair it but I didn’t bother.
