Vehicle Detail
Up for bid is an awesome 2007 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. I LOVE this car and am currently driving it daily as a ride share car. I hate to part with it, but I need something with better gas milage (currently 17-20 mpgs.) It rides so smoothly and is extremely safe. It is very clean and people love riding in it. It is a Flex Fuel vehicle, and will run on normal unleaded or E85 fuel. It has vinyl back seats and seat covers over the cloth front bucket seats. It has rubber flooring for easy clean up. Power locks and windows. It's very spacious with a huge trunk. And best of all...it is very fast! Please see below for more info:-3996 hours / 135019 miles on the motor-runs extremely well / strong with no issues-transmission shifts smoothly and car has great acceleration-cold AC Recent Maintenance -Synthetic oil change on Jan 24 2018. Oil changes were kept up to date with synthetic oil since Jul 2017-2 new front tires installed Jan 23 2018 with 60K warranty from Discount Tire (I have receipt and Discount Tire will still honor)-new spare with jack and lug nut wrench-back pads/rotors replaced with brake flush on Nov 29 2017-2 new rear tires installed Nov 28 2017 with 60K warranty from Discount Tire (I have receipt and Discount Tire will still honor)-alignment on Sept 20th 2017-front brake pads/rotors replaced Sept 13 2017-new battery Aug 21 2017-new rack and pinion installed Jul 7 2017 Current Issues:-check engine light is on: Code - P0171 Description - System Too Lean (Bank 1)Code - P0174 Description - System Too Lean (Bank 2)Code - P0480 Description - Cooling Fan 1 Control Circuit-horn does not currently work-eventually may need tie rod replacement. There is a small amount of play in the front end but is completely driveable as of now. I drive this car everyday on all kinds of roads with traffic and it drives fine.-cosmetically it looks very nice however there are a couple of small dents and minor body damage on the back.-driver's side window has a small rip in factory tint and windshield has a small crack on passenger side. Otherwise the windows are fine. -driver's seat squeaks a bit but is still very comfortable.-headlights are a bit dull and could use a good cleaning. I drive it at night and can see fine.-breaks squeak a bit but all pads and rotors were replaced recently.-there are some small paint marks in the interior but can be removed. The interior overall is very nice. Recommended Maintenance:-Replace intake manifold gasket-Replace fuel filter-Replace heater hoses-Replace master cylinder & power booster-Change spark plugs Police Interceptor Upgrades:-rated for 186.5 kW (254 PS; 250 hp) due to the police air intake system. -analog speedometer (certified calibration) , tachometer, digital odometer with hour meter and trip meter features-equipped with an external oil-to-engine-coolant oil cooler to reduce engine oil temperatures, allowing the vehicles to operate at high rpm/high loads for an extended period of time without the risk of engine oil overheating and subsequent engine damage-computer is tuned for more aggressive transmission shift points, and the transmission itself is built for firmer and harder shifts-equipped standard with an open 3.27:1 rear axle (Axle code Z5), with a trac loc 3.27:1 rear axle (Axle Code X5) optional, and are electronically limited to 140 mph (225 km/h) due to critical driveline speed limitations -"severe duty" shock absorbers that offer a stiffer ride than the standard Crown Victoria. -17 inch black steel wheels with chromed plastic hubcaps-T-409 stainless steel dual exhaust systems without resonators-higher-rate coil springs, approximately 0.8 inches (20.3 mm) of additional ground clearance, and thin rear antiroll bars This is a very safe and reliable vehicle that will last many more miles if taken care of. I have a clean Texas title and am ready to sell to serious buyers.
