Vehicle Detail
Bought new in Wickenburg, Arizona in 1953, and looks, drives, and runs well. Has a Fenton split exhaust manifold, a rebuilt 4-speed transmission and an upgraded 235 engine. Dual exhausts and glass pack mufflers with a great sound. Desirable 5-window. This truck was in many car shows, but was in a driver mishap with a hill, and was restored by an amateur, so the paint is fair, and there are various dents around the body, and one front fender has a wider profile than the other. There is no rust. Interior is good, there are some custom "touches" such as a wood floor, but all can be re-done if desired. Truck has been converted to 12V, has a nice wood shortbed and a removable custom tool box. We know the history of this truck as it has never left our town. The actual miles are the 62,500 some miles. Please look at photos, I can send more to show rust-free underside. It would not take much to make this a very valuable truck again. The title is branded 'Restored Salvage' and the truck went thru a stage III inspection to re-license it to this category and the truck is driven weekly. Selling for a car buddy, and any questions are welcome. There is no reserve, so bid before the last minute if you want the truck.
