Looking for that classic Mustang? Trying to decide if you want to restore it yourself or buy it finished? There are all price ranges here. Most will need major restoration to bring them back. What that means in money is at least $8000.00 for paint, interior and chrome after you buy the car. If you have engine work and transmission work add a few thousand. Plus you’re time and all the little things that don’t work but have to be fixed. How do I know? This is my fourth Mustang I’ve restored. If you decide to buy and restore great it’s very rewarding. The rest of you who want to climb in turn the key and enjoy the ride here is my latest Mustang. The car has been repainted. The engine and transmission are rebuilt. New gas tank and carb rebuilt. Brakes are redone as well as new shocks.The car has a new interior. Headliner ,floor mats ,seat covers (original style) ,steering wheel and horn and new dash cover.
