Up for sale is a 1960 Desoto Adventurer 4 door sedan with approx 43,000 original miles. It has a 383 V8 engine and a 3 speed automatic transmission with the push button gear selectors on the dash. This car is a one owner and was purchased by my father brand new and was driven by him daily until he passed away in 1967. This car used to be stored in a garage out of the weather, but since I moved, I don't have a place to store it anymore. I had plans to restore it but I have never had the time or the money to do it. I would love for someone to put some TLC into it and get it back into nice shape. I am selling the car as is with no title. Therefore, I am selling it "as is" as a parts car. This car is pretty much complete except for the missing trim on the left front fender. The floors in the interior and trunk are solid. I am in the process of moving right now and I can't take this car with me. Therefore, I must sell it, it has to go! Note; This is the second time I am listing this car here on eBay. If it does not sell I will use other avenues to sell this car here locally, and will most likely not list it on eBay again. So if any of you guys are seriously considering this car, now is your chance to buy it. The opening bid is more than fair for this rare classic. Winning bidder is to pay a $300 deposit by pay pal within 24 hours of auction end. Buyer must contact me to make arrangement to pick the car up.
