Up for sale is a 1998 c43 Amg. The car is in pretty good condition with a rust spot about 2 inches in size on the right rear quarter panel. The interior is OK, not perfect, the prior owner was a smoker and left holes in the passenger seat. It is the white one in the picture. The motor is fine and sounds great but the only problem is that when you put the car in gear it sputters and after a few feet the car will not go when you hit the accelerator. My one buddy said it is a transmission issue but he doesn't believe a new transmission is needed because it will go for a little then lose the gear. It sounds like your in neutral revving the engine but your in drive. I don't have the time to repair it, the car has all spare tools in the trunk along with a full size spare tire. The tires on the car are the original Amg rims. plus I have a little girl on the way and the wife is making me sell it. The car will have to be towed from my home in Philadelphia.
