1973 Porsche 914 1.8 liter 4-cylinder roadsterThis car has been in my family for over 25 years. The majority of the rehab work was completed while the car has been in my possession over the past five years:-New clutch, fly-wheel, throw-out bearing, wires, spark plugs and rotor/rotor cap, new Duralast battery, new muffler.-Recent teardown/rebuild carburetor, tune-up and valve adjustment. Motor has minor oil-leak and minor smoking when idling.-Good interior, upper seats recovered, middle-dash refurbished, glove-box rebuilt, original center-seat/arm rest refurbished.-New rubber sills on front and rear windows, rebuilt speedometer/odometer gauge, working tach gauge, later model fuel and oil temp gauge swapped out earlier in life, rare addition Porsche badge on front-lid.-Fog lights refurbished and working (new glass and contact wires), sport side-view mirrors.-Headlights fully functional (easy open and close).-New fiberglass in front/rear compartments and on roof.-Paint 5-years old.-Two-year old tires and new wheels.-Two original keys and door locks (fully-functional).-Clean CA title, current CA tags, no CA smog required (pre-1975)-Overall a very solid CA car, just some isolated rust on passenger floor area, please see photos.-Runs and drives great after a few minutes of warming engine at idle..-Companies such as "Lemonsquad.com" or "Carchex.com" can provide pre-sell inspections for buyers outside of the Los Angeles area.-Will ship anywhere, for cost, at buyer’s expense.
