Body: This is a very extensive restoration. I have restored many of these bikes, and this one is over the top. This model is the 3 speed semi automatic clutch. It starts easy and shifts and stops like new. Runs great and looks perfect. Headlight, and taillight work. Has brand new tires and brand new tubes-The new parts on this build are OEM Honda when possible- I am a dealer with CHP Motorsports, so the rest came from them. The colored parts were sandblasted to bare metal. Then sanded with 180 grit. Then the parts were sealed with 1 coat of epoxy primer. Then 3 coats of base, 2 coats of mid candy, and 3 coats of clear were put on. Gas tank was also blasted from the inside. Tank was carefully measured and marked for the original 2 tone divider white stripe. Bolts were all replaced with new Honda bolts. It still has it's original seat cover. I kept it because it was in great condition. Original tool kit under the seat. I used the short rear fender, because I prefer how they look. This bike is not an original restoration. Although it looks original, it does have some dress up parts on it. The wheels are brand new with new bearings and brake shoes. The brake cover hubs were fully polished. Also polished the fork tree. Motor: The motor was completely gone through and inspected. All the gears were good. It has new clutch disk's and primary springs, new stator and points, brand new head with valves, cam, springs, rockers, and seals. Cylinder is a 70cc bore with high compression piston and rings. Motor is original to bike other than the top end. All new gaskets. Chrome valve cover caps. Casings painted cloud silver and then clear coated-New flywheel cover and bolt kit. I have replaced the complete timing chain set (Rollers, guides, adjuster tip and spring, and chain), coil, cap, spark plug, and Carb. Milled intake manifold to match larger carb opening. Motor was timed using the light method, so it is perfect. The motor runs perfect now. Motor only has about 30 minutes of run/break in time on it. So it will still need normal break in. I am sure there are more items I have forgot. I have tried to described this to the best as I know and taken many pictures show how nice this bike is.
