Re-listing due to a dead beat that didn't pay. I would like to say that I will not be accepting bids from people outside of The United States or Canada. So, do not waste my time or yours. Also, if you do not have a paypal account please do not bid. Up for sale is my 1966 Ford Mustang Coupe. I bought this car 3 1/2 years and have done a ton of work to it. This is a 6 cylinder car with original motor and manual 3 speed transmission. I mainly did all of the work myself and with a few friends. This car is no means going to win you a 1st place ribbon in your local car show, but it will turn a few heads. I have receipts of all the work I have done. Below is a list of everything I can remember. The Good The motor was completely taken out. All seals replaced to include rear main seal, front and rear transmission, oil pan gasket, valve cover gasket. Manifold gasket was replaced, new plugs, wires. New starter, battery, fuel pump, master cylinder, and all freeze plugs. I put in a new flame thrower coil along with the petronix igniter kit. So, no more points to fool with. It's got a new battery as well. I got the clutch rebuilt as well as the radiator. This car has new tires all around with brand new drum rotors all the way around with new shoes and complete brakes redone. It has a new gas tank but does not read well on the instrument cluster. I cut out all of the rusted floor pans and replaced them. I did not weld these back together. I actually laid down some kind of bond and then screwed them in. I then took a bed liner paint and rolled the entire inside of the car to seal it. The body was completely sanded and primed, then painted with a John Deere Blitz Black tractor paint. It's a matte black color. There is some pitting in the body that you can see but not that bad. The dash, the inside of the doors and roof were also painted matte black. The door jams still need to be finished. All new lights have been installed front and back. New carpet and floor mats throughout. The Not So Perfect Door jams need to be painted. The inside of the trunk area I fiber glassed the inside part by the wheel wells. Not that great. You can see some messed up parts in the pics from inside the wheel well. I did however also put the bedliner seal in the trunk area. The undercarriage needs to be cleaned up and probably sprayed. There is rust underneath, but mainly surface rust. Nothing major as you can see from the pics. There are screws sticking through the metal underneath the car where I replaced the floor pans. Those just need to be grinded off. I took out the entire heater box and assembly to replace it but never did. This car did have factory air but taken out before I purchased the car. I do not know if the radio works and it has no speakers. It needs a dash pad cover and headliner. The actual seat themselves are in good condition. I did partially recover one of the seats and then dyed the rest all black. I have been completely honest in everything that i've posted here. I cannot remember every single detail but I have receipts and pictures to prove all of the work. If you want more pics then please let me know and I will be happy to send them to you. I will accept payment through PayPal. I have the right to end this auction whenever I see fit. Happy Bidding!!!
