1981 Honda CM400 Custom / Café Racer in Honda Milano Red Paint.This motorcycle features a 395cc. twin cylinder engine with a 5-speed manual transmission. This bike has only 8,050 original miles. It works great, runs perfectly and handles like a sport bike. The motor is completely stock and has never been tampered with. The carburetors were professionally rebuilt with Honda OEM parts by Ken’s Cycle in Reading, PA last year. The cost of this work alone is staggering when using factory parts. This motorcycle has been completely gone over. I spent over 4-months working on this and it shows. Here is the list of some of the work done and new parts. Professionally repainted gas tank and side covers with custom decals, 2-New Kenda Challenger Tires, New MAC exhaust system that sounds great, New front and rear Honda OEM brakes, Rebuilt front master cylinder and brake caliper, Rebuilt front forks from a 1979 Honda CM400T as these are better forks than the 1981 front forks with air ride. New rear shocks, New throttle and choke cables, Custom chrome tail light and turn signals, Custom Café Seat, Café Handle Bars, Café Mirrors, and many Honda OEM replacement parts to make this machine look and work like new. There is no rust anywhere on this bike as it was always garage kept. All functions of this motorcycle are in perfect working order. I’ve only ridden this bike appox. 600 miles since the restoration last year. This bike needs nothing and I have the Pennsylvania title. This motorcycle is as nice as you will find anywhere and no expense was spared in the restoration. I have far more invested in this than what I’m asking.
