I am helping sell this 1961 Dodge Dart Pioneer sedan to someone who is looking for great-potential, a good-survivor or just a desirable-classic car. The car was driven into the family barn over 35 years ago - with only 40,716 original miles - and not moved until now. Now it's time to settle the estate. We have not attempted to start the car - so hope for the best, but plan for the worst. The car has a very straight and solid body. The worst body issues are a dented left rear door and a little rust in the right rear lower quarter behind the wheel well opening. The car still has its original paint (code WP2) - snow white top over vermilion red body. The car has its original 318 cubic-inch V8 sawtooth engine and push button automatic transmission. Nothing has been covered up on this car. The car needs 3 pieces of glass replaced as pictured. The title and keys have both been lost, so it is being sold with a "Bill of Sale". The original seats, door panels and dash are in good condition, but the car does need a major cleaning. This is a hard-to-find car that deserves restoring. The car rolls and steers fine.
