I am posting this for a friend who is looking to sell his 1960 Austin Healey 3000 in very nice condition, with 61,000 original miles and only one repaint. The Healey has had only four owners from new, with a very well documented history and receipts. Mechanically speaking, the Healey’s twin carburetors were just re-built. The car has a 4 speed manual transmission with overdrive that works! Also the Healey has its original top, in excellent condition with its original window still! That is hard to find, even with a car in this good of condition. The car has been stored for over 20 years in a heated garage and driven regularly several times a year to keep the oil's lubrication. This Austin Healey is already an excellent candidate to take best of show at any car show, and can easily be taken to a classic car rating of 2 if the buyer is interested in taking it to the next level.
