1965 Triumph Bonneville

My father in law passed and left us this 1965 Triumph Bonneville T120RS. The odometer says 5478, but I have taken it up and down the street a few times and the mileage didn't change, so I'm not sure what the mileage on the bike is. Bonneville is a beautiful bike but I cannot say I enjoyed riding is because of the reversed controls. It starts really easy and runs fine, no blue smoke. There was a leak in the right carburator and when I got in touch with a classic british bike website they told me that the carbs were Japanese. So I assume pop had new carbs intalled and didn't realise they were Japanese. I got the part and fixed it. Otherwise the bike seems original and complete, the frame and engine numbers match and the paint is original. Definitely a bike ready for restoring. I considered doing it myself but I don't consider myself qualified. I did not toy with it, just replaced the fuel line and ordered a bottom cap for the carb where it was leaking. I have the free and clear title in hand as they say, nothing shady here. Email me with questions.
