This truck started life as a service van for a plumbing company. After searching long and hard, I found it in San Diego, CA in stock form. The 4x4 conversion was professionally completed while at the same time the axles, Trans, and transfer case were purchased/ re-built and installed (have all records). Then the 2014 front clip was professionally added and the whole truck was painted with a factory Ford white base coat and PPG clear coat. The roof was sprayed with Durabak liner which is used by the US Navy. Then the interior floor was coated with Rhino liner to reduce noise and vibration. Off to upholstery and the captains shairs were installed. The whole interior was redone and Dynamat was installed on roof and doors and floor boards under the carpet. Finally, the fun stuff was added like off road jack, roof racks, spare tire, on-board air, etc. I’ve driven the van daily for almost 2 years. Tons of likes and thumbs up. It’s hard to pull into a gas station without someone taking a photo. It handles great on the trail and remote camping sites are no longer an issue. This truck is the quietest 7.3 you’ll ever ride in.
