Up for sale is a very nice example of an appreciating classic Jeep! This Jeep comes in one of the more desirable trim levels; the "Classic" It comes with painted bumper corners, fender flares, and body side moldings for that very clean look especially in beautiful PW1 Stone White! This Jeep has had regular oil changes over its life and the legendary 4.0L 6 cylinder engine runs great and is nice and quiet. It will be hard to find another Jeep Cherokee (XJ) in this nice of condition. The previous owner recently had all the brake lines replaced, newer pads and rotors up front, and newer valve cover gasket. I've replaced the oil pan gasket and rear main oil seal. New track bar and had one tie rod end replaced since they needed to be removed when removing the oil pan for service. The shocks have also been replaced. The exhaust is nice and quiet and the muffler and tail pipe are newer. This vehicle has a nice clean look the paint shines great! The rear bumper is brand new, it was dented from a previous owner backing into something. The rocker panels were also replaced with new metal panels and then painted to match. The lower doors had some minor rust on the inside lip and a little on the outside. They have been sanded and wire brushed and coated with "texcoat" then top coated with paint as well as the rocker panels. Has a nice look and will help better protect the rockers and lower doors from rock chips and will slow further corrosion in the future. It does have a couple minor dents here and there but that is to be expected with a vehicle of this age. The headliner was just replaced last week due to it sagging and the overhead center console (rare option) was also re-wrapped in headliner material. The driver seat has had the vinyl side replaced due to the common splitting problem and new stuffing has been added. The whole interior has been fully detailed and cleaned with the seats out. All of the glass is in nice shape and the windshield doesn't have any cracks in it. Lastly AutoCheck shows no accident history and the body and unibody frame is nice and straight. These Jeeps are really getting hard to find in nice shape as most of them have been treated as "beaters with a heater" for many years and have been scrapped. This one will get you plenty of compliments when out and about! Keep in mind this vehicle will be sold as is where is with no warranty expressed, implied, or otherwise. I've done my best in describing the vehicle for you however seeing is person is a totally different subject. I strongly recommend you come take a look at this Jeep before bidding. It is a nice (and what I would rate as "significantly above average" condition ) vehicle but it is an 18 year old vehicle and is definitely worth checking out to make sure it is to your standards before purchase.
