Relisting due to a cancelled sale (buyer didn't get to see the vehicle). I'm letting go of my baby since she doesn't get driven a lot anymore. I purchased this certified pre-owned as the second owner in Feb 2010 from Union Park BMW in Wilmington, DE. All warranty/maintenance work was done at either Union Park BMW or Otto's BMW. Once the warranty/maintenance coverage was over, i used a local guy (one bay shop) who was a certified BMW master tech for 36 years until he retired and started doing work in his own garage. The original owner was a leasee and from what I was told, only ordered new loaded M5s every two years. This car is loaded and has been garage kept, smoke free, and mostly hand washed. Excellent condition, great body, and mechanically sound. Last services - It received an oil change this week at 66,151 mi. Summer 2015 it got a new battery, brake fluid flush and cabin filters (64800 mi). As you can tell, it hasn't gotten a lot of use in the past 2 years. I keep it on a battery tender in the garage. No accidents or paint work. Brakes and tire tread is good (both the front and rear have over 10k mi of life in them). The car was never raced, driven hard, or altered since I've had it. You may have it inspected by yourself or third party. My mechanic gave it a one over and a clean bill of health. It features:- rare 6 speed manual transmission- power sunshades- soft close automatic doors- multi-function seats with automatic side bolster movement around corners- front ventilated seats- heads up display- navigation- heated front and rear seats and heated steering wheel- suede ceiling- All books and 2 keys- I have the title I have included pictures of the only places it's not perfect (cosmetic only):- small piece of rubber missing at top of windshield- paint chips on hood near emblem/front bumper consistent with wear. A little paint touch ups on the hood probably done by the previous owner or the dealer- small chip on passenger side door handle- small ding on driver's side door- 2 of the rims have a little rash on the edges up close Local pickup only.
